Divine Intervention

So we just celebrated Diwali, Eid, Guru Nanak Jayanti and we also see Christmas is almost at our door steps. What excites me is that each religion has their own festival, a festival to gather, a festival to unite to our loved ones. But the question is, do we really have to wait for it ?

A little flash back.
I have had the most amazing opportunity in life of experiencing 3-4 culture. My Parents - a pair of Marwadi & Gujarati, living a majority of their life in Tamil Nadu. As a kid, I had this ultimate freedom to understand each of these religion. I am Jain per all official records, yet I had no restriction to one religion or culture. Even when it comes to cuisine, I enjoy Khandvi as much as a Gujarati would or love idli sambar as my breakfast for my entire life. To top it, I have been to the Madurai Meenakshi Temple more number of times than I have been to a Jain temple.

My parents were always broad in their perspectives about cultures or religions. My father himself was an atheist for more than 2 decade of his life. This gave us the independence to pursue our God. I ve never particularly found any differences between a Mandir or Gurudware (those are only two holy sites I have stepped into). As I believe the focus of each of these institutions is to help us build faith in a power which is more likely powerful than a human being.

In times of distress, we all look upto someone we trust; friends, parents, loved ones or God, in no particular order, but what if, I were to tell you, we need not be dependent on any such external factors for solutions. In today's world with more people living a, "I dont fucking care" attitude,  embracing ourselves with power to be the master of our own decisions doesn't seem to out of the league.

I am not an atheist, I have faith in my own God, but I will not name them. There are too many judgments instantaneously created , the moment I mention my God.  My supreme power has provided me with enough insight to stand a mile away from such stone pelting acts.

Going back to the start of my blog, I named festivals, each represented by a religion, but the concept of each festival is same Happiness. If you really want to enjoy each moment of Life, kindly do wait for Festival days, which you can then enjoy. Do it now.

Start believing in Divine Intervention in your life. It is omnipresent. Every step back, every distress, every failure, broken relationship is more of an intervention and if you believe in it , it is an Divine Intervention. Wait for it to show its true powers.
Bless you with good times ahead.
